Made in San Francisco’s Mission District from canvas and thread, each Composition transforms quotidian materials into something eccentric, organic, and visually engaging. Inspired by the natural beauty of California, the forms are imagined as creatures that inhabit their surroundings, offering a moment of visual interest and aesthetic relief.
Lightweight by nature, canvas and thread allow for expressive shapes without the need for heavy materials. Each Composition brings together small, medium, and large forms into a visual cluster that evokes the rhythm and variation of the natural world.
Designed to be suspended in a variety of ways, each piece comes with ties that allow it to be arranged, connected, and adapted to different hanging systems and architectural settings.
Original Compositions are presented in natural canvas, with custom colors available. We also welcome bespoke configurations and commissions, developed project by project according to the scale and character of each space.
